Cloudland Station

Rolling hills and mountain views provided ample design inspiration for the primary bedroom in a diminutive yet chic family cottage. Updated shades of blue, green, and brown lent a modern flair to the traditional pattern of the room’s arboreal wallcovering. Taupe and cream drapery with a simple block print pattern mimicked the silhouette of the plaster chandelier, providing refined rusticity in the room. The custom mohair headboard and faux bois bolster layered in the luxury, while the pale tones of the antique rug, side tables and lamps added to the overall serenity.
