Oakdale

This project is part of a whole home renovation to a historic Georgian home in one of Atlanta’s most iconic neighborhoods. The formal living room sets the tone for the overall design approach, one of respectful stewardship with an eye toward the future. A neutral foundation of deep brown hardwood floors and creamy light walls throughout the main level provides a traditional backdrop for the modern palette of peridot, sapphire, citron, and gold. Updated heirloom furniture allows the family’s own history to become part of the design story. Everything old is new again in this house where history is at home.
