The client, a stylish, professional bachelor, loved this townhome's park-like setting and layout but wanted to freshen up the traditional finishes and color palette and reconfigure the primary bathroom and closet to make the home more functional and an authentic reflection of his lifestyle. Streamlined architectural details, sculptural furniture with clean lines, and layers of rich textures form a warm, masculine, and modern atmosphere throughout the house.
